What & Where to Buy

Here is a list of safe ingredients and where to purchase them.
There are many products available that I just cannot consume due to the presence of soy, garlic, wheat, gluten, spelt, chicken eggs, and dairy (whey and casein). I will continue to update this blog post with "free of" ingredients. Refer to this list before purchasing items.


**NOTE: Grocery stores will have a special isle with gluten free products. 


Milk
So Delicious Coconut Milk Vanilla (for drinking or baking - vanilla flavour stands out)
So Delicious Coconut Milk Original or Unsweetened (for cooking)


Butter Replacement
Earth Balance Soy Free (Rainbow Foods, health food stores) - Red label


Yogurt
I finally found yogurt I can eat!
So Delicious Cultured Coconut Milk- Plain, Strawberry, Blueberry, Vanilla (Rainbow Foods - if you see it elsewhere, please tell me!)


Mustard
Believe it or not, some mustard (French's) have garlic as an ingredient. I use No Name Prepared Yellow Mustard but if you find other mustard "free of", I will add it to my list!


Chocolate Chips
Enjoy Life Mini Chips or Mega Chunk (Loblaws, Rainbow Foods, health food stores)


Eggs
Quail Eggs No longer able to eat quail eggs. tear.


Baking Flour - Gluten Free
Irresistibles Gluten Free Baking Flour Mix (Metro, Food Basics)
Rice Flour (health food stores, Rainbow Foods, Loblaws)
Potato Starch (not potato flour) (Rainbow Foods, health food stores)
Tapioca Flour or Starch (Rainbow Foods, health food stores)


Dill Pickles - Garlic Free
Bicks Baby Dills Tangy No Garlic 


Broth (often has garlic in it)
Campbell's Beef Broth (25% less sodium)
Campbell's Chicken Broth (25% less sodium)
