Soy Sauce Substitute

Obviously, I can't use soy sauce. But this recipe tastes similar enough and is perfect for those recipes that absolutely need soy sauce (Chinese anyone??!).

Soy Sauce Substitute:

1 1/2 Cups water
3 TBSP Knorr beef bouillon
1/4 cup plus 1 tsp apple vinegar
2 TBSP canola oil
1 TBSP dark molasses
1/2 tsp black pepper

Bring 1 1/2 cups water to boil.
Add 3 tablespoons beef bouillon (or 3 cubes) and stir until dissolved.
Then add 1/4 cup plus 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar , 2 tablespoons sesame oil (I used canola), 1 tablespoon dark molasses, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. Stir it up!

Keep any leftovers in the fridge.
