Porkupine Meatballs

Porkupine Meatballs


Oven Temp: 350F

1lbs ground beef
1/2 cup cooked rice
1/4 cup chopped onions
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp onion powder
pepper

Roll into balls and put in cooking dish with a lid.

Sauce: 
1 cup ketchup
1/2- 1 cup brown sugar
1TBSP white vinegar
1TBSP lemon juice
1tsp tobasco sauce or spicy sauce 
1tsp worcestershire sauce (optional)
2TBSP yellow prepared mustard

Stir sauce together. Pour over meatballs. Cook for 1 1/2 hours covered.
