I LOVE LOVE LOVE creton! My father used to make it often and it just makes my mouth happy. Spread it on raisin toast with mustard and do you have a treat!! (for the more boring option, omit the raisin toast).

Soy Sauce Substitute
Obviously, I can't use soy sauce. But this recipe tastes similar enough and is perfect for those recipes that absolutely need soy sauce (Chinese anyone??!).

Hot Chili Oil Infused Chicken
This chicken is soooo moist. I always cover my chicken breasts when pan-frying, as it keeps the moisture locked in.
